Situated agencies : mediating places through the body

Dissertation in Music at, Academy of Music and Drama University of Gothenburg The Situated Agencies PhD project examines how site-specific performance practice can be addressed through an embodied and documentary approach. By carrying out a series of collaborative performance laboratories at specific places in Gothenburg and Rio de Janeiro, it explores how the relationship between embodiment and audio-visuality can serve as a basis for creating different artistic and/or research outcomes.
